About Our Client

Our client is one of the most well-known international brands and bring a culture of fun, innovation, creativity. They want to target customers from all ages. Our client is looking for someone who is logical, analytical, ability to think out of box.

Job Description

- Elevate in-store marketing to a key priority within the overall marketing mix and make the discipline a strategic tool for success when building the Lego brand in Taiwan

- Responsible for driving customer value by leveraging trade marketing mechanics and developing high impact and effective in-store solutions, trade campaigns, trade promotions and implementation of store builds to enhance the brand position in the market

- Execute merchandising strategy, developing mechanics and principles for in-store brand activation and developing trade promotional master plan

- 70％ of the time will be in charge of trade promotion and 20％ for assortment strategy

The Successful Applicant

- 5+ years of trade marketing experiences from retail or consumer electronic field

- Knowledge of all aspects of marketing, including methods to measure effectiveness of trade marketing activities

- Self-motivated and highly driven with a can-do mentality as there are overnight set-up in this role

- Speak fluent English, team player, and logical thinking personality
