工作說明：: Responsibilities

?Increase revenue through branding and demand generation.

?Increase new customers, sales transactions, renewals, upsell, and cross sales.

?Development of a revenue centric marketing plan, ROI objectives, tactics, budget and schedule by segments:

oProspect marketing (database management, campaigns, lead generation & tracking, etc.)

oCustomer marketing (renewals, cross-sell and upsell tracking, case studies, etc.)

oChannels marketing (strategic and tactical support, campaign involvement, lead tracking, MDF, etc.)

oInfluencer marketing (Media, analysts, industry associations, government bodies, thought leadership, etc.)

oInternal marketing (Spokespeople management, employee communication, etc.)

?Develop segment based messaging and content.

?Develop off/online content-based demand generation campaigns.

?Manage the campaigns schedule (frequency and recency.)

?Track metrics & adapt (closed-loop marketing)

?Efficient and effective budget management.

?Full integration with the local sales and channel team.

?Integrate and leverage Corporate Marketing, Global Marketing Ops, Product Marketing, Sales Ops, etc.

?Contributes to the development of market intelligence (market sizing, competitive analysis, etc.)

Qualifications

?A skilled marketing professional with 8+ years relevant experience. Bachelor‘s Degree required.

?Experience in Enterprise B2B software or services marketing.

?Strong leadership potential and interpersonal skills (works well with others.)

?Self-motivated, disciplined, pro-active, independent and likes to work in cross-cultural teams.

?Strong understanding of marketing planning, branding and demand generation (including prospect marketing, customer marketing, channel marketing, influencer marketing, internal marketing, etc.)

?Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to understand business and technology messaging.

?Impeccable campaign management, budget and scheduling expertise.

?Wide understanding and experience in various marketing tools (with some in-depth knowledge.)

?Strong marketing vendor negotiation and management skills.
