工作說明：

Objective/ Summary of Responsibilities

? Lead the overseas investment team members to enhance the competitiveness of XXXGI TW on-shore overseas products.

? Coordinate XXXGI TW global asset allocation research. Provide asset allocation house view and FoFs investment strategy on monthly basis.

? Enhance the investment process of XXXGI TW overseas investment team to deliver better investment performance.

? Act as the portfolio manager of XXXGI TW on-shore overseas products as required.

? Support marketing activities as required to grow overall XXXGI TW on-shore business.

? Coach and motivate fellow portfolio manager/ research analyst so as to deliver satisfactory investment performance.

? Assist CIO to deal with the general administration affairs.

Key Purpose and Responsibilities of Job

? This main role of this position is to enhance/ reinforce the investment quality of XXXGI TW overseas product through carefully building up investment process, motivating investment professionals and managing internal resources.

? A minimum of 10-year experience in overseas investment and research, solid experience in macroeconomic/strategy research and real-life portfolio management experience.

? A seasoned people manager with experience of managing a medium-sised investment team.

? Experience in quant research/risk management a plus.

? SITE and SICE License is a must; CFA qualification a strong plus

Knowledge & Skills

? Knowledge about macro economic, asset allocation, fund research and stock evaluation.
