工作說明：: Patent lawyers are involved in all aspects of law covering patents and the intellectual property rights of inventors. Conducting searches to ensure that an invention has not been previously represented in the public domain and is patentable is the first responsibility of a patent lawyer; following that, he or she drafts, files and prosecutes patent applications on behalf of inventors before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Patent attorneys also provide legal representation in cases of patent infringement, challenges to the license of an invention and appeals to the USPTO. When preparing a patent application, an attorney must search for any prior work done on the same type of invention and ensure the scientific and legal accuracy behind the inventor‘s claims.

1.Draft and negotiating IP and technology transaction contracts (joint development agreement, technology transfer agreement, license agreement, etc.).

2.Support and manage litigation.

3.Plan and enforce company policy on protection of technology innovation.

4.To develop and maintain a good business relation with licensees, provide professional consulting service in patent licensing activity with regarding to licensing program.

5.To initiate, conduct, coordinate local and international enforcement activities.

附加條件：: The highly motivated and seasoned candidate for this role will have:; 1.At least 5 years of related working experience in U.S. Patent Litigation.; 2.Highly motivated, keen with details, team player and with good communication qualities.; 3.Good language skills in English; 4.The ideal candidate has a Masters’ degree in electrical engineering or related fields and must have experience in patent drafting and in patent prosecution before the USPTO and elsewhere, with particular reference to applications in electronics, control systems, semi-conductors, broadcast technology, circuits and electrical engineering.; 5.The successful candidate should have good coordination and negotiation skills, accuracy, flexibility, team-working, and multitasking required.
