工作說明：

工作地點:健康路

工作時間: 09:00-18:00，周休二日，

約聘時間:2個月(2016.1.4~2016.02.29)



薪資待遇: NT33,000~NT40,000(面談後決定)

工作內容:

? Handle customs clearance timely & accurately.

? Organize all necessary documents for customs clearance

? Inform vender for receiving preparation

? Co-work with Customs Brokers for trouble shooting, if any issue happened

? Arrange import duty on-line payment through Trade-Van system

? Check payment to customs brokers

? Proceed claim to either customs broker or forwarder

? Manage distribution related customer disputes and inquiries (subject to high risk control activity) : any damages or discrepancies in shipment quantity or price from the plant or in the distribution warehouse, dispute investigation for root cause, and finalize findings and problem solving.

? Manage short shelf life materials or discontinuation of mature brands.

? Physical Inventory Count (Cycle Count: Wall to Wall: Periodic)

? Process monthly / standard procedures: manage documentation, stock status evaluation and reconciliation with vender, material master maintenance/update.

需求條件:

? Ability to appropriately leverage relationships to achieve business goals.

? Demonstrated negotiation skills that result in wins for all parties.

? Equipped with the skills in SAP system for DA role.

? Demonstrate understanding of the supply cycle : sourcing point/manufacturing plant/elements of product cost as well as S&OP processes

? Good English communication skill.
