工作說明：

?Sales planning and operation management

?Develop the national sales strategy based on the detailed analysis of the regional market information

?Assist to develop the long-/short term sales plan together with the Sales & Operations head and strategy & planning department

?Propose the regional network development plan and requirement according to sales and market situation

?Define the dealers sales target and support the dealers to develop business plan accordingly

?Conduct dealer on-site check to supervise dealer sales operation to ensure the achievement of sales target and alignment with operation process standards

?Support the dealers to further develop and strengthen sales capabilities

?Budget Management

?Manage Sales budget planning & forecasting to meet sales targets

?Team management, people development and motivation

?Set the targets for team members

?Monitor the targets and performance of the team

?Coach the team and provide guidance for team members

?People development and motivation

?Responsible for advancing the performance of all sales team activities
