工作說明：

1. Takes on full P/L accountability of the branch.

2. Implements annual budget plans and reports to the headquarter.

3. Applies an approved commercial development strategy.

4. Coordinates all departments to ensure that all operational and strategic goals are achieved.

5. Coordinates all manufacturing and commercial activities.

6. Develops both current and new business.

7. Represents the company in the country with local authorities.

8. Applies internal systems for sales, administration, manufacturing and logistics.

9. Responsible for implementation of quality and compliance standards to meet customers expectations
