工作說明：

The incumbent will play a vital, strategic, involved role at the organization, and will be responsible for all aspects of Logistics function to support the business objectives and strategies. He/She will partner with and work very closely with the Operations Head and other stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Services functions as well.

The key responsibilities and priorities of the position will include, but not be limited to the following:

- Supply

1.To interface with supplier (HK operation team) to coordinate the supply chain project

2.To monitor inventory arrival, warn of delays and overstock

3.To coordinate with sales/ marketing department on promotion calendar

4.To supervise freight forwarder on import & export activities (ensure prompt delivery)/ customs issues/ product registration, including -Coordinate shipping matters with inside/outside parties and follow thru

5.In charge of claim issues if shipment have any discrepancies

6.Management of carnet, press rack and RGA for repair items.

7.In charge of consignments and High Jewelry pieces in relation to HJ exhibitions

8.CITIES application and control

9.Update all electronic invoices and process all shipping documents

- Demand

1.Update service charter and monitor KPI to identify areas for improvement

2.To be responsible for implementing and maintaining POS/AX inventory management process & system, including Item master file maintenance

3.Creation of POs and all relevant reports for forwarder and internal parties

4.Ensure stock on hand in system is accurate, valid and complete at all times

5.Ensure retail price and cost information are updated in systems on a timely basis and that margin is accurate, complete and valid.

6.To contact with DC for delivering coordination

7.To proactively provide information/ reports to divisions to monitor and ensure sufficient merchandise and on time deliveries

- Corporate Inventory Control

1.To investigate periodic stock variance and adjustment for improvement and efficiencies

2.Ensure all promotional and non selling items are well maintained in systems

3.To coordinate with MIS department on all system related matters for efficiencies

- Risk Management and Insurance

1.To update on yearly base of corporate insurance data

2.Insurance declaration of key events

3.Handle claims

4.Security transportation and guarding arrangement for events

附加條件：

The highly motivated and seasoned logistics management professional that is a successful candidate for this role will have:

1.At least 8 years experience, including 5 years in managerial role

2.Have strong knowledge of import & export operations

3.Familiar with warehousing / distribution operation details

4.Able to work with IT to implement efficiency enhancement projects

5.Have good interpersonal skills and able to adept in working with different personalities and culture

6.Proficient in English communication and presentation

7.Have strong communication skills, both within the operations department and across the company

8.Able to work independently with strong self-initiative, under pressure and in fast pace working environment
