工作說明：: ? Achieve assigned revenue and Usage/Consumption Azure targets across a territory

? Build a foundation for long term Azure Revenue and Usage/Consumption growth

? Ensure successful cloud adoption and migrations into Azure

? Improve customer satisfaction with enterprise customers and own key Customer Executive-level relationships in assigned territories

? Drive customer awareness of latest Azure capabilities. Partner with sales team by providing technical expertise to progress opportunities.

? Execute quick technical feasibility and proposals for moving existing workloads to Azure or building new apps in Azure. Lead creation of solution architecture and execute limited scope POCs, if necessary

? Keep up to date with market trends and competitive insights.

? Coach other technical sellers to become certified in required Azure technical certifications

附加條件：: ? Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends; ? Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior executives and growing cloud consumption share in accounts; ? Experience with online services, hosting, security, compliance and data sovereignty issues; ? Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through; ? Problem-solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources; ? Exceptional verbal and written communication; ? 5+ years of success in consultative/complex technical sales and deployment projects (where necessary, managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solution/projects; ? Deep technical experience in one or more of the following areas: Software design or development, Application Design, Systems Operations / Management, Database architecture, Virtualization, IP Networking, Storage, IT Security, Linux; ? Working knowledge with AGILE development, SCRUM and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) with one or more of the following programming languages: .NET, C++, Java, JSON, PHP, Perl, Python, Ruby on Rails, Pig/Hive; ? Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences
