ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND
Our client Was tenable in 1986, at present staff population 200 people. Besides Taipei, in areas and so on Linkou, Taichung, Tainan sets up the subsidiary company in addition, provides service of the consummation. in 2004 obtained the ISO 9001:2008 quality control system authentication. in 2009 obtains the ISO 14001:2008 environmental management system authentication. Serves the foothold to distribute in Taipei, Linkou, the Taichung area, the entire province reaches 40 above sale points, and with construction business, dealer, original factory equipment manufacturer and power supply organization…And so on partners cooperate hand in hand, provide the happier electric power service.

POSITION & MAIN PURPOSE
This position is responsible for strategic planning of the product life-cycle, from conception through introduction to evolution, driving successful positioning of our products in the market by ensuring that our product lines meet the sales, volume, gross margins and growth targets for the assigned market segment.
This position is also be responsible for new product investigation, market opportunity analysis, business case development, technology assessment, planning, feature definition and providing competitive analysis. In addition, he/she will have to manage product launch and transition planning, execution and sustaining, creating product specifications and positioning documents, conducting tactical competitive analysis, developing customer programs, managing product end-of-life transitions and preparing customer messaging for product issues when necessary plus other offerings throughout the product life-cycle, including regional volume forecasting and pricing.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The incumbent reports directly to the Regional IT Director and dotted line report to local Country Manager.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
?Develop and execute business plans for the allocated product portfolio
?Understand customer needs by working with the internal team and gathering information from external sources including customers and partners
?Drive business plans in local countries with the local Sales, Channels and Marketing Teams
?Diligently track results and progress of plans and remove any obstacles that affect success
?Provide advice to the Channels Team on the GCN ITB strategies
?Ensure that market share, revenue goals and gross margin requirements are achieved
?Work with regional and local Marketing Teams in driving marketing plans
?Design the marketing mix with Sales Director and Marketing Teams to achieve the marketing objectives of the identified product portfolio
?Understand the competitive landscape and develop regional and local strategies to beat competition
?Support regional marketing activities to drive key campaigns and product messaging to the identified market segment
?Manage the product life-cycle from introduction of the product into the market, to theregion and
?local positioning, competitiveness, and evolution to future generations
?Manage the forecast and inventory level of products
?Participate in product development to meet the region and country needs
?Provide the necessary training and guidance to Sales and Channels Teams as well as partners
?Manage and provide the necessary sales tools to Sales, Channels and partners
?Manage local agency approval issues for products, product quality and trending issues
?Develop regional and local programs to meet quarterly and annual business objectives
?Work with the Product Team, Services Team and Marketing Team in executing the programs
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The highly motivated and seasoned candidate for this role will have:
?At least 6-10 years working experience in the IT industry, specifically related to enterprise solutions or data centers
?At least 3-5 years experience in business development in the Taiwan region
?Possess:
?Thorough understanding of product positioning, pricing structure, product launch and transition and competitive analysis
?Excellent written and oral communication skills
?Excellent training and coaching skills
?Strong time management skills
?Excellent interpersonal skills
?Required to travel throughout the GCN countries
?Results-oriented
?Possess:

?Desire to make an impact
?Ability to build relationships
?
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Engineering or Science an advantage)
