工作說明：

? Oversee the department's merchandising activities toward the accomplishment of objectives.

??Ensure that the short and long range departmental objectives are consistent with company vision and strategy.

??Prepare departmental plans and budgets and conduct activities in accordance with approved plans and budgets.

?? Review & approve merchandising programs of department according to company policies and participates in the formulation of merchandising objectives, policies and programs.

? Establish and maintain satisfactory customer & vendor relations through direct or delegated contacts with customers and vendors.

? Participate in company strategic planning activities & recommend improvement & growth of the business.

?Strong fashion sense and command of market trends & needs.

?Aggressive with good leadership and interpersonal skills.

?Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills.

?Excellent English & Chinese, written & spoken.

?Flexible to frequent travel.
