工作說明：

1. Build and direct strong local team and formulate strategic human resource strategy

2. Manage talent acquisition and development in line with business strategies and build high performance organization

3. Legal and ethical compliance, adherence to company guidelines and procedures including industry code of sales and marketing practice

4. Oversee local and International deals and alliances to ensure profitability i.e. regular sales/ factory correspondence and interlock, material forecast align with sales one

5. Manage business partners and deals around the globe in the area of increasing top line sales and profitability

6. Direct all financial activities including financial report reviews and performance data

7. Participate government affairs and activities to develop good relationships with government

8. Liaise with HQ executive team to report company performance and other issues related to company operations

9. Accountable for gaining market share through executing effective product strategies and achieving earnings target through effective cost management

10. Successfully lead the factory operation for competitive lead time, cost and quality level for the products produced
