工作說明：: ? Delivery new HR systems through stakae holder communications and actively managing and tracking projects. ? Work closely with MIS/IT, HR, Operations and BM team.? Deliver consistent and accurate project deliverables and communication to internal teams.? Deliver organized, predictable & consistent project communications regarding new HR system schedules, issues.? Analyze and solve problems of new HR systems.

Work experience: At least 8 years of work experience. 3 years & above of work experience in PM role for developing and maintaining HR systems preferred2. Education: levels/ majors: Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree, Master's (graduate)degree in Business, Labor related or human resources/technical field of study preferred3. Required tech/professional skills: Experience and knowledge includes: HR management experience, project management experience, familiar with HR systems, understanding of HR & MIS/IT operation needs, knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and systems, knowledge of project management process, understanding of labor laws. Capabilities using Microsoft Windows products.Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.Additional Skills Required: teamwork, communication, interpersonal, organization and time management, IT tools usage, initiative, creativity, leadership, concise & proactive communication, execution focused, and excellent presentation skills4. Soft skills/ personality: Ability to influence across organizational boundaries to quickly solve problems and gain advocates to help resolve HR system issues.5. Language: Fluency in English preferred.
