工作說明：: -To position the Brand as the leading sports brand in the country with consumers, media, trade and the sports industry through industry leading communication strategies and implementation.

- Works closely with the Brand Director on the overall development of the marketing strategies and marketing plans

-Formulates and executes Advertising and New Media strategies and plans designed to position the brand as the leading sports brand in country and achieve business targets.

-Pro-actively directing the Advertising & New Media team to maximize brand and (new) product exposure for the brand while maximizing integration with other elements of the marketing mix

-Planning and overseeing the development, preparation and implementation of the brand communications campaigns, in above-the-line and below-the-line media and (mobile) Internet, including media planning and buying activities.

- Integrates comprehensive action plans for all campaigns with the aim to maximize brand and (new) product exposure while maximizing efficiencies

- Manage research initiatives and plans to track brand mind share and reference the insights for development of future campaign strategy

-Proactively works with Sports Marketing and the PR teams in supporting all their brand asset activities with aim to position the brand as set out in our objectives

- Remains up to date on the fast developing Media Environment in general and New Media technologies and opportunities in particular

- Identifies communication opportunities, as well as opportunities for co-ops & co-branding

- Develops a consumer segmentation strategy from the business as to effectively target marketing communications spend

Sports enthusiast and passionate about sports; -Strong understanding of marketing and brand building; -Respected and enthusiastic leader.; -Excellent interpersonal skills; -Good command of English (spoken, read & write)
