工作說明：

Responsibility:

Make professional and disciplinary leadership of subordinates inside, Budgeting

vacation planning / development of staff,

test planning and execution (creation of inspection plans for incoming goods inspection, in-process checks and final inspection, performing component

inspections (incoming goods, process oriented and outgoing goods) inspection records and test documentation for the customer ( measurement reports, etc.

1, Master/ Bachelor preferably, in the field of plastics engineering / Automobile, Aerospace

2, 5 years experience in quality assurance / QM / knowledge of composite materials, internal procedures and processes,

3, Very good knowledge of the Q-tools: FMEA, PPAP, SPC, 8D,

4, Experience with metrology knowledge Gauge,

5, Training for Process Auditor internally and externally according to VDA6.3,

6, Good MS Office skills,

7, Professional and disciplinary leadership,

8, Fluent in English,

9, Chinese and German language skills advantageous.

10, Readiness Missions,

11, Outgoing (Customer Contact)

12, CAD basic knowledge,

13, above 3 years of automotive, or similar quality engineering experience with new program launches
