工作說明：: 職責要求

◎Leading strategic and annual planning of operation and budget for the hospital and regular corporate reporting；

◎Leading on Chinese legal compliance for the hospital；

◎Setting clear team priorities and goals based on our mission and strategic plan；

◎Leading on compliance with international hospital standards such as the Joint

Commission International (JCI) and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation

Facilities (CARF)；

◎Leading partnership development with local hospitals to build sustainable referral

channels；

◎Ensuring sound financial management including timely reporting, timely accounts

receivables billing, and timely accounts receivables collections；

◎Controlling expenses and monitoring the Kunming profit and loss monthly and taking

action based on changes in the data that require action；

◎Ensuring that our organization has the systems, processes, staff ability/training needed to

deliver high quality services,

◎Recruiting staff and ensuring they are on-board smoothly with proper induction；

◎Helping the organization achieve an even great impact towards our mission.

任職資格

◎Master’s Degree in Hospital or Business Administration (MBA)

◎Minimum of 10 years experience in hospital administration

◎Strong people skills and customer service experience

◎Fluent written and spoken Mandarin Chinese, ideally with English communication skills

◎Dedication to quality, flexibility and willingness to learn and share

◎Attention to detail

◎Must have a passion for helping individuals with disabilities, and passionate in working

with their caregivers, reach their full potential
