工作說明:


Supervise and control the execution of the duties and tasks of the call centre agents under their responsibility, providing the training and information required to improve their performance and dealing with clients in specific and/or more complex cases, in keeping with the procedures in place and the guidelines from the person they report to, in order to meet the customer service objectives in terms of quality of service, profitability and efficiency.

1.Supervise and coordinate the customer service activities performed by the agents under their responsibility in order to ensure that the service provided to clients or users (internal or external) is aligned with the procedures and quality standards.

2.Provide technical and operational support to the team of call centre agents for which they are responsible, resolving any doubts or problems that may arise in the course of their activity to ensure a correct resolution of incidents with clients or users.

3.Undertake those operational tasks that, due to their complexity or relevance, require their involvement (resolution of incidents, development of training plans, interdepartmental collaboration, etc.), as well as cooperate with their superiors in management-related tasks (planning, indicators, communication of new procedures) within their remit to ensure that the service provided by the team of agents under their responsibility is correct.

4.Inform about the different activity indicators and daily needs (unforeseen sick leaves, training needs, etc.) with the aim of enhancing decision making by the Unit’s Team Managers.

5.Maintain up-to-date, specific and/or specialist knowledge about the technical procedures, regulations, criteria, etc. within their remit, by attending training sessions and monitoring the main management and quality assurance indicators.
