About Our Client

*Our client designs, manufactures, distributes and service wristwatches and marked it‘s presence on the market for decades.

Job Description

* Act as a business partner with Brands / Service division to drive the improvement of Financial KPIs,

* Uphold internal control through regular operation review and rigorous tracking process, and

* Lead the annual budgeting / forecasting exercises

* Define Vision and Strategy of Controlling Division

* Set up the objectives of Controlling Division, coupled with detailed action plan to achieve these objectives. Key objectives are enhancement of monthly reports and operational efficiency through automation

* Develop and update company policies and procedures to suit company development.

* Drive financial forecast and annual budget preparation by setting out detailed timeline and template

* Align the expectation between Local Management and HQ through constructive discussion/meeting

* Streamline or modify the tools/template to focus on the budgeting assumptions and key growth drivers. All significant variances should be explained for and supported by detailed analysis.

The Successful Applicant

* Fluent English Ability

* At least University Degree in Finance or Business

* 13 years of experience and at least 5 years in management position or related field

* Excellent communication and inter-personal skill

* Excellent leadership, influencing and organizing skill

* Solid analytical / technical skills

* Strong business acumen to address and resolve operation and business issue
