工作說明：

Company: an international FMCG company

Provide administration and oversight of Procurement functions within TW, HK, and KR, enforce policies & ensures adherence to procedures.

Participate in negotiations for large value contracts within assigned country. Act as a conduit to the local COO and local business functions. Direct management of local Procurement Category Specialists.

Directly influence/contribute to the Procurement Global function strategy as well as facilitate and Coordinate global strategy plans at the country level.

Manage business / operational risks inherent in the business, taking account of economic, regulatory and technological changes facing the Finance industry.

Act as a facilitator on the savings plans within the specific region collaborate with Regional Procurement Officer Director to ensure targets are met.

Effective engagement and communication with local stakeholders (Local COO, local Business Functional Heads, and Procurement functional heads)

Coordinate local/regional Balance of Trade initiatives and facilitate relationship.

Provide leadership and guidance for local and regional Supplier Relationship Management.

Act as a liaison and facilitator of the Procurement relationship between the Group Category leads and regional/local functions such as IT, CRE, Marketing etc.
