工作說明：: 1. Implement company strategy, complete KPI as per company requirement；

2. Company sales annual budget set up according to Sales KPI;product cost control & related managemnt cost control target to be set up based on budget review;

3. Sales revenue KPI for Yearly/quarterly/monthly, lead for the team to achieve the short term & long term target;

4. Improve the ISO9000,ISO14000,SA8000 quality management system control, arrange & receipt customer audit & visit;

5. Optimize production process,resolve the related issue based on the engineering technical background & quality experience, cost reduction action points;

6. Regular visit to Oversea/China customer, keep in contact with customer so that keep good relationship & get the customer proposal for improvement on time;

7. Production plan system control & management; improve customer service level & delivery performance;

8. Production process quality control & optimize;

9. Hold the Regular meeting for sales dept,management team, topic meeting, and quality & engineer related meeting to summarize the progress & internal issues when will be have, set up the improvement plan & target;

10. Set up dept internal KPI which align with company KPI；

11. Develop for future company;

Good communication skill, flexible to handle some special case;; 8. Creative working in company, have your own proposal or advise to company for development;; 9.
