- ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND
Our client is well recognized as the local leading provider of risk management, insurance broking and employee benefit consulting services; being voted by the top 1000 companies in Taiwan as the Best Insurance Broker fthe fifth consecutive year since 2005. Our client was given the highest rating by the local business community in terms of level of professionalism, service quality, reputation and most recommended broker. Our client has been servicing their valued clients fmore than 30 years and their large client base gives them greater market leverage. To manage the growing business and new product project, our client now is seeking a highly caliber candidate fthe position of HR Head.
LOCATION
Taipei, Taiwan
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The HR Head reports directly to Country CEO and Regional Head of HR, Asia.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The key responsibilities and priorities of the position will include, but not be limited to the following:
HR Planning:
Develop and submit the following fapproval by Executive Board and Regional HR:
Annual HR Plan, Performance Scorecard and budget
Annual training plan
Quarterly HR Reports
Employment:
Develop and implement HR policies & procedures in support of the Company’s operations.
Ensure complete & accurate personnel records are kept of all employees.
Implement Performance Management System in line with Regional Human Resources guidelines.
Prepare employment contract & related employment documents in compliance with laws and company’s policy.
Conduct orientation programme fnew employees in line with Regional Human Resources Orientation guidelines.
Recruitment & Selection:
Ensure suitably qualified staff are selected and recruited in line with Company’s recruitment guidelines through effective selection techniques, from appropriate sources.
Compensation & Benefits:
Administer all employee’s compensation & benefits related issues, including payroll, and benefits administration including social insurance contribution, medical & health care insurance, social & medical insurance claims and updating of staff records.
Review employee salaries to ensure pay levels remain internally equitable and externally competitive.
Prepare annual salary and incentive bonus proposals.
Learning & Development:
Administer all aspects of training function.
Undertake Training Needs Analysis.
Develop Annual Training Plan and Budget.
Implement Country Training Plan.
Roll out Regional Core Training programmes.
Evaluate effectiveness of training and development activities.
Employee Communications Counselling
Communicate HR annual plan & activities to all staff
Organise Town Hall meetings to communicate Company’s vision objectives and business performance.
Provide advice to employees in relation to work and personal matter as appropriate.
HR Infrastructure
Establish HR infrastructure system in accordance with Regional Human Resources guidelines.
Establish and maintain an effective Human Resources Information System to facilitate efficient reporting.
Co-operate with Regional HR in the HR Audit process.
Office Administration
Responsible fall aspects of office management including leasing and maintenance of office equipment vehicle leases, and purchase of furniture, stationary, office to E&O insurances, etc.
Supervise the Office Administration Support Team to ensure they meet performance standards. - 工作地點:

- ?Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- ?Able to initiate and manage projects
- ?Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
