工作說明：

1.Provide customer service to existing accounts； assist and provide information to customers； investigate and facilitate the resolution of customer complaints and queries to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

2.Travel extensively abroad when required on customer visits, trade shows, etc.

3.Manage customer accounts within prescribed policy and procedural guidelines.

4.Serve as a liaison between the customer and the Product Management and Logistics teams on product related queries.

5.Monitor and coordinate internally to ensure appropriate disposition and handling of customer queries.

6.Prepare sales transaction reports as needed.

7.Be prepared to set business budget, monitor the progress regularly and ensure achievement

8.Actively lead team as a positive role model on training, sales, and communication with customers.

9.Excellent command of English, second language preferred but not a must.

10.At least 3 years sales experience is required.

11.Experience in OEM/ODM project of industrial PC is a plus.
