工作說明：

1. Take charge of the sales management and operation within market unit and lead the team, supervise and train the distributor/sales people to achieve the sales goal

2. Participate in the sales strategy and plan making that meets the company’s mission, vision and long-term goal

3. Involve in Key Account (Hyper / Super channels) negotiation and lead the team to achieve KA sales goal

4. Ensure good allocation and use of expense, be responsible for the results

5. Maintain the relationship with distributors and key account, access them and optimize the distributor/account structure, bring-up and develop new customer/account to meet the changing market needs

6. Coach and develop the subordinators: set clear KPI, regular performance review, upgrade their business capability and management ability

1. University degree major in marketing or related discipline

2. More than 10 years working experience in FMCG MNCs, familiar with local market

3. Good at management, market explore and team-building

4. Use Chinese/English to do effective communication (including verbal and written communication).

5. Outstanding capability of interpersonal interaction and collaboration

6. Effective leadership skills, and able to handle multiple projects at the same time and ensure that the team can complete the project in a specified time and plans.

7. Remarkable ability of coordination and programming to distinguish in a limited period of time and deal with priority issues continuously.

8. Familiar with computer word processing and database systems.
