工作說明：

* Provides operational support and advice to the wider HR community and employees in the delivery of the HR cycle i.e. bonus/pay review, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Employee Survey.

* Imparts knowledge (policy, process and application) in all HR disciplines to first line managers.

* Works independently and or closely with HR specialists to help resolve queries which arise directly from the business.

* May work in a specialist group where tasks are driven by the specifics of this HR function.

* Create, protects and files written correspondence and data associated with employees.

* Develops analyses reports independently or working with HR systems team or third party provider.

* Will provide support to a specific BU as well as a general HR team.

* Contributes to a project as a team member, and may take ownership of certain elements of the project, providing support and input to actions and overall objectives.

* Advises employee and first line managers in Employee Relations activity whilst keeping senior colleagues appraised.

* Provides advice and support to business groups and HR colleagues across all HR disciplines.

* Will have direct relationships with line management in BUs in one or cluster of countries.

* Will have autonomy to assess situations and make recommendations for a solution and way forward.

* May provide a stand alone role or belong to a HR team of advisors/administrators.

* Good overall business knowledge and a commercial approach to the resolution of people issues.

Liaises with third party service providers as necessary, acting as a contact with employees and first/second line management within the wider business.

* Works closely with HR systems teams and payroll teams. HR network and Project Leaders.
