工作說明：

SUNRIDER INTERNATIONAL Rapidly growing multinational consumer health, cosmetics company with Headquarter in the US is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of General Manager ( GM ) in its Taiwan franchise operation in Taipei.

REPORTING LINE

Direct responsibility to: International Operation Director and President of Sunrider International

QUALIFICATION

1. University graduate or above, minimum 15 years in marketing / sales

2. Strong experience in Retail & Franchise store operations and management

3. Sales supervisor and staff training experience

4. Good command of both spoken and written English.

5. US educational and work experience preferred.

6. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

JOB PROFILE ( MAIN TASKS )

1. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales & marketing plans and the management of Sunrider Taiwan‘s operations.

2. To develop and train new ABOs ( Authorized Business Owner franchisees ) to increase sales.

3. To monitor overall franchise business development trends and steering activities to achieve the company‘s goals.

4. Increase sales and enter more department stores.
