工作說明：

Work content：

1. To conduct process analysis; standardize formal documentations and workflow of the organization.

2. To coordinate cross-department process enhancement projects.

3. To ensure the connectivity of processes and identify control bottlenecks.

4. To embed findings of process enhancement in various IT systems.

Job requirement：

1. Posses analytical thinking skills

2. An effective communicator with managers, peers and client

3. MIS experience is a must

4. Able to work independently with minimal supervision

5. Preferably have training experience in previous job roles.

6. Strong understanding of in the Enterprise Risk Management framework or other compliance standards.
