工作說明：

To manage one or multiple scrum team to delivery applications on world class industrial software platform for Fortune 500 US client.

1. Responsible for project management including delivery of assigned module/

components /phases of a project within Agile cycle, meet quality standard

and control project cost.

2. Participate project Scrum meeting, status meeting, understand the client

expectation and facilitate project communication.

3. Responsible for people Management, including goal setting and providing

performance feedback.

4. Responsible for Status reporting .

5. Responsible for guiding the development team.

6. Responsible for estimation, planning and execution with specific focus on

requirement analysis and design.

7. Domain Knowledge transfer and maintenance.

8. Manage escalations and problem solving.

9. Support to business development when necessary, include but no limited to

prepare proposal, case study, presentation, Lesson Learnt.

10. May need to travel to US for short onsite assignment.

excess of 6+ years.

2. At least 3 years Project management experience is mandatory.

3. A strong understanding of all aspects of Agile Development Process.

4. Strong communication skill in English, oversea working experiences preferred.

5. Strong leadership.
