Job Description

MAJOR OBJECTIVES

* Direct To Consumer, open and develop new business sources/channels of revenue for the D2C channel

* Insurance Agents

* Bankers‘ Groups

* Clubs - e.g. Rotary, Lions, etc.

* Cancer Support Groups

* Develop various Cancer Foundations as a channel and conduct joint programs.

BUSINESS TO BUSINESS

* Obtain Hospital codes for major national and regional hospitals.

* Sign up Distributors who can act as a channel of sales.

* Investigate the Chinese medical tourist market and identify channels where the products can be inserted.

* Investigate partnerships with major pharmaceuticals, other companies and major national labs to see if they can be an effective sales channel including companion-diagnostics

* Investigate employer and insurance medical programs to make our product a part of the standard employee package.

NON-PROFITS & GOVERNMENT

* Investigate setting up a new non-profit/foundation for CRC education and promotion of CRC screening and monitoring.

* Investigate partnerships with National Cancer Associations and Government Cancer or Health Organisations to promote blood test and

* Investigate Government processes to make reimbursement eligibility.

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor‘s degree in business or related field. A Masters is a plus

* 7-10 years‘ experience managing a consumer and/or Healthcare brand

* Has the ability to respond quickly in shifting situations and can juggle multiple projects

* Demonstrates a high level of initiative and ability to function superbly in both individual and team environments

* Handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well

* Fluent in English and Mandarin
