工作說明：: 職責要求

1) Responsible for launch of e-book business in Taiwan

2) Post launch, lead operation of Kobo business in Taiwan (team management, operations, P&L)

Leads the business to become No 1. including developing strategy, planning campaigns, improving operations, and managing execution.

任職資格

1.More than 5 years working experience in the Taiwan publishing industryor familiar with it / e-book business

2.Proven track record of managing organizations

3.Ability to develop strategy to compete with competitors and to expand the business

4.Excellent communication skills to develop cooperative relationship with stakeholders, both external and internal

5.Understanding of fundamental management knowledge (Finance, Accounting, HR, Legal, etc.)

6.English: Business Level (to present strategy and performance to Rakuten and Kobo management)
